• مفيش حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول. مش بنطلب اسمك ولا إيميلك ولا رقمك عشان تستخدم التطبيقات.
• مفيش إعلانات.
• مفيش تتبّع ولا أدوات إحصائيات (Analytics) ولا بنبيع أو نشارك بيانات مع أي حد لأغراض تسويقية.
• بياناتك بتتحفظ على جهازك (داخل التطبيق نفسه) وبتشتغل من غير إنترنت.
• البيانات بتخرج من جهازك بس لما إنت تشغّل ميزة بنفسك — زي النسخة الاحتياطية، أو المزامنة مع العيلة، أو الذكاء الاصطناعي بمفتاحك. التفاصيل تحت.

📱 البيانات اللي على جهازك

كل اللي بتكتبه أو بتصوّره جوه التطبيقات (عربيات، وثائق، وصفات، ملاحظات صوتية، صور…) بيتحفظ في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق على جهازك. التطبيق كمان بيحتفظ على جهازك بنسخ تلقائية (كل ساعة لمدة يوم، وكل يوم لمدة 10 أيام) عشان تقدر ترجع لأي نسخة لو حصل غلط.

إحنا مش بنشوف البيانات دي. لو مسحت التطبيق أو مسحت بيانات المتصفح، البيانات دي بتتمسح من الجهاز. تقدر كمان تمسح كل بياناتك من الإعدادات جوه كل تطبيق، أو تصدّرها في ملف نسخة احتياطية تحتفظ بيه إنت.

🔐 ميزات اختيارية بتستخدم السيرفر

السيرفر بتاعنا شغال على Cloudflare Workers. الميزات دي مقفولة لحد ما إنت تشغّلها:

• النسخة الاحتياطية التلقائية (Face ID / Passkey): البيانات بتتشفّر على جهازك بمفتاح مشتق من مفتاح المرور (Passkey) الخاص بيك قبل ما تتبعت. السيرفر بيشيل نسخة مشفّرة بس ورقم تعريف عشوائي، ومحدش — ولا إحنا — يقدر يفتحها من غير مفتاحك. بنحتفظ بآخر نسخة ونسخ أقدم لحد 30 يوم عشان تقدر ترجعلها.
• نقل البيانات بكود (لجهاز تاني أو للأيقونة الجديدة): البيانات بتتشفّر على جهازك بكود من 8 حروف، وبتتشال على السيرفر 30 دقيقة بالكتير، وبتتمسح أول ما تستلمها.
• المزامنة المباشرة بين الأجهزة (مشاركة العيلة في «مطبخي وطلعاتي»، وربط جهاز الطفل وجهاز الأهل في «كوكبي»): بيانات التطبيق ده بتتحفظ على السيرفر في مساحة ليها كود عشوائي عشان الأجهزة المربوطة تشوف نفس البيانات، ومعاها اشتراك الإشعارات لو فعّلته. البيانات دي مش مشفّرة من طرف لطرف، وأي حد معاه كود المساحة يقدر يوصلها — فشاركه بس مع اللي تثق فيهم. بنحتفظ بسجل تغييرات لحد 30 يوم عشان الاسترجاع. لو خرجت من المزامنة الجهاز بيبطل يبعت.
• تذكيرات التقويم التلقائية: لو فعّلت الاشتراك في التقويم، التطبيق بيرفع عناوين ومواعيد وملاحظات التذكيرات الجاية بس (مثلًا ميعاد تغيير الزيت أو انتهاء إقامة، وفي «السلف» ممكن رسالة التذكير ورقم واتساب الشخص) على رابط سري عشوائي، عشان تطبيق التقويم في موبايلك يقراها. «إضافة للتقويم» لمرة واحدة بتعمل الملف ومش بتحفظ حاجة.
• «مراجعة العملاء»: لما تعمل صفحة مراجعة لعميل، بيانات المشروع (العنوان، روابط الفيديو، الملاحظات والموافقات) بتتحفظ على السيرفر عشان العميل يفتحها من اللينك. أي حد معاه اللينك يقدر يشوف الصفحة ويعلّق.
• روابط الإجابة بضغطة: لما تبعت لينك لحد يرد عليه (مواعيد الفريق في «فريقي» و«يوم التصوير»، أو موافقة العميل على عرض السعر أو على بوستات «خطة المحتوى»)، العنوان والبنود اللي اخترتها والرد بيتحفظوا على السيرفر عشان اللينك يشتغل، وبيتمسحوا لوحدهم بعد 60 يوم.
• تنبيهات الموبايل: لو فعّلت «تنبيهات على الموبايل»، عناوين ومواعيد التذكيرات الجاية واشتراك الإشعارات بيتحفظوا على السيرفر عشان التنبيه يوصلك في ميعاده. بتتمسح لما تقفل التنبيهات أو تمسح بيانات التطبيق.
• ملف PDF في «فرصتي»: صفحة الـ CV بتتبعت للسيرفر عشان تتحوّل لـ PDF وترجعلك فورًا — مش بتتحفظ بعد كده.
• الأصوات الطبيعية («كوكبي» و«وضع السواقة»): الجملة اللي هتتقري بصوت بتتبعت عن طريق السيرفر لخدمة Microsoft Azure Speech عشان تتحوّل لصوت. الصوت ممكن يتخزّن مؤقتًا بشكل مجهول عشان يتعاد بسرعة، وبنعد عدد الحروف لكل جهاز عشان حدود الاستخدام المجانية. لو حطيت مفتاح Azure بتاعك، المفتاح بيعدّي ومش بيتحفظ على السيرفر.

🤖 الذكاء الاصطناعي (اختياري وبمفتاحك)

بعض الميزات (قراءة صورة، تنظيف ملاحظة، كتابة كابشن، تفصيل CV…) بتشتغل لو إنت حطيت مفتاح API بتاعك من Google Gemini أو Anthropic Claude. المفتاح بيتحفظ على جهازك بس.

لما تستخدم الميزة، النص أو الصور أو الملفات اللي إنت اخترتها بتتبعت مباشرة من جهازك لشركة Google أو Anthropic، وبتخضع لشروطهم وسياسة خصوصيتهم. خد بالك: حسب شروط Google، المحتوى اللي بيتبعت على الباقة المجانية من Gemini ممكن يُستخدم لتحسين خدماتهم — فمتبعتش بيانات حساسة لو ده يضايقك. ومن غير مفتاح، فيه ميزات بتتيح لك «تنسخ الطلب» وتلصقه بنفسك في أي مساعد.

من غير مفتاح: لو مفيش مفتاح على جهازك، الطلب بيعدّي على سيرفرنا (Cloudflare) ويتبعت من هناك لـ Google Gemini أو Anthropic Claude بمفتاحنا. السيرفر مش بيحفظ النص ولا الصور — بيعدّيهم بس، وبيحفظ عدد المحاولات لكل جهاز في اليوم (رقم عشوائي للجهاز مش اسمك) علشان الحد اليومي.

قبل أول استخدام بنسألك: التطبيق بيعرض شاشة بتقول اسم الشركة اللي هيتبعت لها الطلب (Google أو Anthropic) وإيه اللي هيتبعت، ومفيش أي حاجة بتتبعت غير بعد ما توافق. تقدر تسحب الموافقة في أي وقت من ⚙️ الإعدادات ← الذكاء الاصطناعي.

🌍 خدمات خارجية بتتطلب منها بيانات عامة

• الطقس: Open-Meteo (مكانك التقريبي أو اسم المدينة) — في «وضع السواقة» و«يوم التصوير» و«أماكني» و«شنطة سفر» و«مطبخي».
• الأماكن القريبة والعناوين: OpenStreetMap (Nominatim و Overpass) بإحداثيات مكانك لما تطلب «حواليّ» في «أماكني».
• أسعار العملات: open.er-api.com — من غير أي بيانات شخصية.
• الخطوط: Google Fonts.
• الفيديوهات في «مراجعة العملاء»: YouTube و Vimeo و Google Drive لما تحط لينك منهم.

الخدمات دي بتشوف عنوان IP بتاعك زي أي موقع. لما تدوس على لينك خارجي (واتساب، خرائط جوجل، تيك توك…) بتخرج لخدمة تانية ليها سياستها.

🎙️ الصلاحيات

• المايك والتعرّف على الكلام: لتسجيل الملاحظات بصوتك. التسجيلات بتتحفظ على جهازك. تحويل الكلام لنص بيستخدم خدمة الجهاز نفسه (Apple أو Google) حسب سياستهم.
• الكاميرا والصور: لتصوير الوثائق والفواتير والوصفات والعدّاد. الصور بتفضل على جهازك إلا لو بعتها للذكاء الاصطناعي بنفسك.
• الموقع: للطقس والأماكن القريبة واتجاه الشمس، ووقت ما تطلب بس.
• الإشعارات: لتنبيهات المزامنة والمراجعة لو فعّلتها.

كل صلاحية تقدر ترفضها أو تقفلها من إعدادات الموبايل، والتطبيق هيكمّل يشتغل من غير الميزة دي.

🧒 «كوكبي» والأطفال

«كوكبي» معمول للطفل مع أهله: مفيش إعلانات، ومفيش لينكات خارجية في الأجزاء اللي الطفل بيستخدمها، ومفيش شراء جوه التطبيق. الإعدادات والجدول والمكافآت محمية بكود الأهل، وبيتقفل لوحده بعد دقيقة. التطبيق مش بيطلب من الطفل أي بيانات شخصية؛ الاسم والصورة الرمزية الأهل بيختاروهم وبيتحفظوا على الجهاز. «الرفيق الذكي» بيشتغل بالذكاء الاصطناعي بس لو الأهل حطوا مفتاحهم ووافقوا في شاشة محمية بسؤال للكبار، وليه حد يومي وسجل محادثات بيشوفه الأهل. التفاصيل في خصوصية الأطفال في «كوكبي».

🗑️ حذف بياناتك

• من إعدادات كل تطبيق «مسح كل البيانات»: بيمسح بيانات التطبيق من جهازك، ومعاها نسخه الاحتياطية المشفّرة وتذكيراته وربط المزامنة على السيرفر. التفاصيل في صفحة حذف البيانات.
• المزامنة: «اخرج من المزامنة» من الإعدادات. ولو عايز نمسح مساحة مزامنة أو نسخة احتياطية مشفّرة أو صفحة مراجعة من السيرفر، ابعتلنا الكود أو اللينك على الإيميل تحت.
• الحاجات المؤقتة (كود النقل وملف الـ PDF) بتتمسح لوحدها.

لو غيّرنا السياسة دي هنحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق. السياسة دي شرح أمين لطريقة شغل التطبيقات، ومش بنقدّم من خلالها أي ضمانات قانونية إضافية.

✅ In short

• No accounts, no sign-in. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number to use the apps.
• No ads.
• No tracking and no analytics tools. We don't sell or share data with anyone for marketing.
• Your data is stored on your device, inside the app, and works offline.
• Data leaves your device only when you turn on a feature yourself, such as backup, family sync or AI with your own key. Details below.

📱 Data on your device

Everything you type or photograph in the apps (cars, documents, recipes, voice notes, photos…) is saved in the app's own storage on your device. The app also keeps automatic copies on the device (hourly for a day and daily for 10 days) so you can roll back a mistake.

We cannot see this data. Deleting the app or clearing its browser data removes it. You can also erase everything from Settings in each app, or export a backup file that you keep yourself.

🔐 Optional features that use our server

Our server runs on Cloudflare Workers. These features stay off until you turn them on:

• Automatic backup (Face ID / passkey): your data is encrypted on your device with a key derived from your passkey before it is sent. The server stores only encrypted bytes under a random ID, and nobody, including us, can open them without your passkey. We keep the latest copy and older copies for up to 30 days so you can restore them.
• Move data with a code (to another device or the new home-screen app): data is encrypted on your device with an 8-character code, held on the server for at most 30 minutes, and deleted as soon as it is received.
• Live sync between devices (family sharing in Kitchen & Outings, and linking a child's and a parent's device in Kawkabi): that app's data is stored on the server in a space with a random code so linked devices see the same data, together with a notification subscription if you enable notifications. This data is not end-to-end encrypted, and anyone with the space code can reach it, so share it only with people you trust. A change history is kept for up to 30 days for restores. Leaving sync stops your device from sending.
• Automatic calendar reminders: if you subscribe, the app uploads only the titles, dates and notes of upcoming reminders (for example an oil change or an iqama expiry; in Loans this can include the reminder message and the contact's WhatsApp number) to a secret random link that your phone's calendar reads. A one-off "Add to Calendar" creates the file without storing anything.
• Client Review: when you create a review page for a client, the project details (title, video links, comments and approvals) are stored on the server so the client can open them from the link. Anyone with the link can view and comment.
• One-tap answer links: when you send someone a link to answer (crew availability in Crew and Shoot Day, or a client approving a quote or Content Planner posts), the title, the items you chose and the reply are stored on the server so the link works, and are deleted automatically after 60 days.
• Phone notifications: if you turn on phone alerts, the titles and times of upcoming reminders and your push subscription are stored on the server so the alert arrives on time. They are removed when you turn alerts off or erase the app's data.
• PDF in Forsati: the CV page is sent to the server, rendered into a PDF and returned immediately. It is not stored.
• Natural voices (Kawkabi and Drive Mode): the sentence to be read aloud is sent through our server to Microsoft Azure Speech to produce audio. Audio may be cached anonymously for speed, and characters are counted per device to keep within free usage limits. If you enter your own Azure key, it passes through and is not stored on the server.

🤖 AI (optional, with your own key)

Some features (reading a photo, cleaning up a note, writing a caption, tailoring a CV…) work only if you add your own Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude API key. The key is stored on your device only.

When you use such a feature, the text, photos or files you choose are sent directly from your device to Google or Anthropic and are subject to their terms and privacy policies. Note: under Google's terms, content sent on the free Gemini tier may be used to improve Google's services, so avoid sending sensitive data if that concerns you. Without a key, some features let you copy the request and paste it into any assistant yourself.

Without a key: if your device has no key, the request passes through our server (Cloudflare) and is sent from there to Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude on our key. The server does not store the text or photos — it only passes them on — and keeps a per-device daily count (a random device number, not your name) for the daily limit.

We ask first: before anything is sent the first time, the app shows a screen naming the company that will receive it (Google or Anthropic) and what will be sent; nothing is sent unless you allow it. You can withdraw this anytime in ⚙️ Settings → AI.

🌍 Third-party services for public data

• Weather: Open-Meteo (approximate location or city name) in Drive Mode, Shoot Day, My Places, Travel Bag and Kitchen.
• Nearby places and addresses: OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and Overpass), using your coordinates when you ask for "Nearby" in My Places.
• Exchange rates: open.er-api.com, with no personal data.
• Fonts: Google Fonts.
• Videos in Client Review: YouTube, Vimeo and Google Drive when you add their links.

Like any website, these services see your IP address. Tapping an external link (WhatsApp, Google Maps, TikTok…) takes you to a service with its own policy.

🎙️ Permissions

• Microphone and speech recognition: to record voice notes. Recordings stay on your device. Speech-to-text uses your device's built-in service (Apple or Google), under their policies.
• Camera and photos: to capture documents, invoices, recipes and the odometer. Photos stay on your device unless you send them to AI yourself.
• Location: for weather, nearby places and sun direction, only when you ask.
• Notifications: for sync and review alerts, if you enable them.

You can refuse or revoke any permission in your phone's settings, and the app keeps working without that feature.

🧒 Kawkabi and children

Kawkabi is made for a child together with their parents: no ads, no external links in the parts the child uses, and no in-app purchases. Settings, the schedule and rewards are protected by a parents' code that locks itself after one minute. The app does not ask the child for personal information; the name and avatar are chosen by the parents and stored on the device. The smart buddy uses AI only if a parent adds their own key and allows it on a screen protected by a grown-up question; it has a daily limit and a chat log parents can review. 🗑️ Deleting your data

• "Erase all data" in each app's Settings removes the app's data from your device and also its encrypted backups, reminders and sync link on our server. See the Delete data page.
• Sync: "Leave sync" in Settings. To have a sync space, encrypted backup or review page removed from the server, email us its code or link at the address below.
• Temporary items (transfer codes and PDFs) are removed automatically.
