شروط الاستخدام
تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيقات Tracks على الموقع apps.mfattah.workers.dev وفي متجري App Store و Google Play. باستخدامك للتطبيقات فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
1. من نحن
التطبيقات مقدَّمة من Tracks Media، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. للتواصل: support@trackspro.sa.
2. الاستخدام المسموح
يحق لك استخدام التطبيقات لأغراضك الشخصية أو لأعمالك. لا يجوز استخدامها في أي نشاط مخالف للأنظمة، أو لإرسال محتوى مسيء أو مضلل عبر روابط المشاركة (مثل روابط مراجعة العملاء أو الموافقة على العروض)، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول إلى بيانات غيرك.
3. بياناتك ومسؤوليتك عنها
تُحفظ بياناتك على جهازك بشكل أساسي، وأنت المالك لها والمسؤول عن صحتها. ننصحك بتفعيل النسخة الاحتياطية أو تصدير نسخة بشكل دوري، فنحن لا نستطيع استرجاع بيانات محفوظة على جهازك فقط إذا فُقد الجهاز أو حُذف التطبيق. تفاصيل التعامل مع البيانات في سياسة الخصوصية.
4. الذكاء الاصطناعي
بعض الميزات تعتمد على خدمات ذكاء اصطناعي من أطراف أخرى (Google Gemini أو Anthropic Claude) بعد موافقتك. نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي اقتراحات قد تحتوي على أخطاء؛ راجعها قبل الاعتماد عليها، خصوصًا في المبالغ والتواريخ والترجمة والمستندات الرسمية.
5. ليست استشارة متخصصة
القوالب والحسابات والتنبيهات داخل التطبيقات (مثل عروض الأسعار، الضريبة، نماذج الموافقة على التصوير، كشوف المعدات للسفر، إرشادات الوثائق والتأشيرات) أدوات تنظيمية عامة، وليست استشارة قانونية أو محاسبية أو جمركية. تحقّق من المتطلبات الرسمية لدى الجهات المختصة.
6. الخدمة كما هي
نقدّم التطبيقات «كما هي» ونسعى لتحسينها باستمرار، وقد نضيف ميزات أو نعدّلها أو نوقفها. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيقات أو تعذّر استخدامها، في الحدود التي تسمح بها الأنظمة.
7. الاشتراكات والمشتريات
إذا أُتيحت ميزات مدفوعة، فستتم عبر نظام الشراء داخل التطبيق في App Store أو Google Play، وتخضع لشروط المتجر في التجديد والإلغاء والاسترداد. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
8. القانون المطبّق والتعديلات
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. قد نحدّث الشروط ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Tracks apps on apps.mfattah.workers.dev and in the App Store and Google Play. By using the apps you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The apps are provided by Tracks Media, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Contact: support@trackspro.sa.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the apps for personal or business purposes. Do not use them for unlawful activity, to send abusive or misleading content through share links (such as client review or quote approval links), or to disrupt the service or access other people's data.
3. Your data
Your data is primarily stored on your device; you own it and are responsible for it. Turn on backup or export a copy regularly — we cannot recover device-only data if the device is lost or the app is deleted. See the Privacy Policy.
4. AI features
Some features use third-party AI services (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) after you allow it. AI output is a suggestion and may be wrong; review it before relying on it, especially amounts, dates, translations and official documents.
5. Not professional advice
Templates, calculations and reminders in the apps (quotes, VAT, shoot releases, travel equipment lists, document and visa guidance) are general organizing tools, not legal, accounting or customs advice. Check official requirements with the relevant authorities.
6. Service “as is”
The apps are provided “as is”. We keep improving them and may add, change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use the apps.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
If paid features are offered, they are sold through App Store or Google Play in-app purchase and follow the store's renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Manage or cancel from your store account settings.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them and change the date above; continuing to use the apps means you accept the update.
