بياناتي محفوظة فين؟
على موبايلك جوه التطبيق. مفيش حساب ولا سيرفر بيشيلها إلا لو شغّلت النسخة الاحتياطية أو المزامنة بنفسك. اقرا سياسة الخصوصية.
إزاي أحمي بياناتي لو الموبايل ضاع؟
من الإعدادات ⚙️ في أي تطبيق: شغّل «النسخة الاحتياطية بـ Face ID» (مشفّرة وتلقائية)، أو صدّر ملف نسخة احتياطية واحفظه في iCloud Drive أو Google Drive.
عايز أنقل بياناتي لموبايل جديد.
في التطبيق القديم: الإعدادات ← «انقل بياناتي» ← هتاخد كود من 8 حروف. في الموبايل الجديد افتح نفس التطبيق ← «استلم بياناتي بكود» واكتبه خلال 30 دقيقة.
ميزة الذكاء الاصطناعي بتقول محتاج مفتاح.
من الإعدادات ⚙️ ← الذكاء الاصطناعي: هات مفتاح Gemini مجاني من Google AI Studio (دقيقة واحدة)، أو حط مفتاح Claude من Anthropic. المفتاح بيفضل على جهازك بس، وبيشتغل في كل التطبيقات.
التذكيرات مش بتظهر في التقويم.
شغّل «التذكيرات التلقائية» من التطبيق، ولما الآيفون يسألك «Subscribe» وافق، واتأكد إن «Remove Alerts» مقفول. التقويم بيتحدّث لوحده كل ساعة تقريبًا.
التطبيق مش شايف آخر تحديث.
اقفل التطبيق خالص وافتحه تاني وانت متصل بالإنترنت؛ التحديثات بتنزل لوحدها.
إزاي أمسح كل بياناتي؟
الإعدادات ⚙️ ← «مسح كل البيانات» في كل تطبيق. ولو عايز نمسح حاجة من السيرفر (مزامنة أو نسخة مشفّرة أو صفحة مراجعة) ابعتلنا الكود أو اللينك.

أول مرة هتعمل «كود بابا وماما» من 4 أرقام. الجدول والمكافآت والإعدادات محتاجين الكود، ووضع الأهل بيتقفل لوحده بعد دقيقة.

❓ Common questions
Where is my data stored?
On your phone, inside the app. There is no account, and no server keeps it unless you turn on backup or sync yourself. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I protect my data if I lose my phone?
In Settings ⚙️ of any app, turn on "Backup with Face ID" (encrypted and automatic), or export a backup file and save it to iCloud Drive or Google Drive.
I want to move my data to a new phone.
On the old phone: Settings → "Move my data" gives you an 8-character code. On the new phone, open the same app → "Receive with code" and enter it within 30 minutes.
An AI feature says it needs a key.
Settings ⚙️ → AI: get a free Gemini key from Google AI Studio (one minute), or add a Claude key from Anthropic. The key stays on your device and works in every app.
Reminders don't appear in my calendar.
Turn on "Automatic reminders" in the app, tap "Subscribe" when your iPhone asks, and make sure "Remove Alerts" is off. The calendar refreshes about every hour.
The app doesn't show the latest update.
Close the app completely and open it again while online; updates download by themselves.
How do I delete all my data?
Settings ⚙️ → "Erase all data" in each app. To remove something from the server (a sync space, encrypted backup or review page), email us its code or link.

On first use you create a 4-digit parents' code. The schedule, rewards and settings need the code, and parent mode locks itself after one minute.
